Pre-licensing Requirement Courses
We are often asked how people can become an appraiser. While the Appraisal Institute does offer courses to train people to become an appraiser, our chapter does not have a program to offer this series of classes. Instead, we focus more on offering continuing education to our members and other appraisers in this area in the form of full length courses and shorter seminar classes.
